Eric L. Spomer
President
Mr. Spomer received his BA and MBA from Southern Methodist University in 1982
and 1992, respectively. From 1982 to 1986, he worked as an independent landman
in the Rocky Mountain region. In 1986 he joined NCNB in Charlotte, NC, as a credit
policy officer in the real estate lending group, moving to Tampa, FL, in 1987
and to Dallas, TX, in 1989 in the same capacity. After performing due diligence
and transition tasks related to the acquisition of First Republic bank by NCNB,
he joined the Energy Banking Group where he handled large corporate credits through
1993. From 1993 to 1997 he was a co-founder and acted as COO and CFO for a natural
gas marketing, gathering and processing company. From 1997 to 2001 he was a principal
in an energy merchant banking group, structuring transactions and assisting in
bankruptcies and restructurings within the energy industry. |
